THE Nyah Nyah West United Demons will be aiming to mark an unbeaten run to the Radio 3SH Central Murray senior footy finals when it plays Cohuna Kangas in Saturday’s 15th round.
It’s first against fourth at Nyah Recreation Reserve from 2.30pm.
The Corey Daniels-coached NNWU Demons are in superb form.
As the Demons won last Saturday’s match in Balranald by 113 points the Cohuna Kangas were bounced at home as Mallee Eagles swooped for a 93-point victory.
Nyah Nyah West United will be primed for a fierce challenge from Cohuna.
Among the key match-ups for NNWU will be Scott Carlin in the centre against Ricky Monti, Blake Larkings rucking against Chris Anderson, and Ethan Saville roving against Sam McGlone.
In attack the Demons have Lachlan Ritchie, captain Dominic Gallo, Riley Daniels and Charlie Boulton to take on Tyson Farrant, Jacob Mitchell, Ryder van der Zande, and Kangas’ coach Jack Geary.
Cohuna will look for big games from the likes of Tom Toma, Corbin Anderson, Daniel Coates and Lachlan English.

To do so the Blues must beat Murrabit and also rely on Hay defeating Lake Boga.

Magpies’ on-ballers Lachlan Tarczon, Bryce Anderson and Xavier Sherlock will take on Jim Houston, Tim Zambon and Jack Cattanach.
The Hay team coached by Mick Cattanach and James Moran includes Fergus Cattanach, Dean Aylett, Joel Crocker, Jack Headon, Declan Watson and Tim Zambon.
Although it’s in seventh place, Moulamein is no certainty to play finals.
The Swans start this round a win clear, but more than 11 per cent behind Kerang.
Victory for Moulamein at home against Swan Hill will ensure it plays finals.
