Ultima jumps to second rung after win at Hay
ULTIMA jumped to the second rung on the A-grade netball ladder after Saturday’s victory at Hay in round nine of the Golden Rivers FNL season.
The Kangaroos capped their trek to the Lions den at Hay by scoring a 45-40 victory.
Murrabit’s hot form kept rolling as the Blues outplayed Wandella.
The clash between the Blues and Bombers at Murrabit ended in a 72-29 win for the home team.
Macorna was at home to play Moulamein.
It was a crucial contest in determining the fourth position in the premiership race.
Moulamein won the match, 52-28.

In next Saturday’s 10th round, Ultima will be on its court to play Macorna.
Moulamein hosts Murrabit.
Wandella faces the Hay Lions on the rebound from defeat.
