PYRAMID Hill’s unbeaten start in the Bendigo Bank Loddon Valley FNL’s A-grade netball action rolled on in Saturday’s fifth round.
The Pyramid Hill line-up was back on its court at Mitchell Park to take on Bridgewater.
After wins at Calivil United, at home against Bears-Lagoon Serpentine, and draw at Marong, the Bulldogs were determined to mark victory number three.
Pyramid Hill proved too strong for Bridgwater as the team in red, white and blue won 47-28.
Mitiamo outpointed Newbridge on the Superoos’ court at John Forbes Oval.
The Jen Wilson-coached Mitiamo dominated in all thirds of the court and most of the four quarters to record a 61-33 win.
Reigning premier Maiden Gully YCW Eagles showed it’s going to be tough to beat.
The Adam Boldiston-coached Eagles soared to an 86-19 victory on Inglewood’s court at Dissy Machinery Oval.
Marong bounced back from a draw the previous round to beat Calivil United by 38 goals.
The Sue Borserio-coached Panthers marked the trek to the Demons’ den by winning 75-37.
Bears-Lagoon Serpentine had the bye.
