AFL Victoria are currently seeking expressions of interest for Game Development Officers within the Bendigo region.
An AFL Victoria Game Development Officer is primarily responsible for conducting general Australian Football game development programs in both school and community environments.
The role also supports the delivery of NAB AFL Auskick, as well as assisting with delivering the AFL Victoria’s Sporting School Program strategy.

Football Program Delivery
- Deliver and manage a variety of AFL programs in either school or after-school time. Programs could be school holidays, multicultural, Auskick, all-abilities or others
- Ensure each program is delivered in line with the program curriculum and all participants are able to participate in a safe, friendly and fun environment
- Promotional activations
About You
- Demonstrated personal initiative
- Ability to work unsupervised and also in a team environment
- Well-developed verbal, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Well-presented personal appearance
- Confidence and ability to deliver engaging and positive outcomes with a range of AFL programs
- Current Victorian Driver License with access to a motor vehicle
- Satisfactory “Working with Children” check
