TOP five aspirations of Marong and Pyramid Hill could rise or fall in this Saturday’s 12th round of A-grade netball action in the Bendigo Bank Loddon Valley Football Netball League season.
The Panthers and Bulldogs are locked on four wins apiece, but it’s Pyramid Hill which holds fifth the rung by two per cent from Marong.
Both clubs go into this round against strong line-ups.
Marong will be on the Discover Marong Park court in Malone Park against the second-placed Maiden Gully YCW Eagles.

Marong scored a 21-goal win against Newbridge in the Panthers’ den as the Eagles beat Inglewood by 11 goals at Marist College Oval.
A hard-fought round three match between Maiden Gully YCW and Marong in the third round ended in a 61-54 win for the Eagles.
Pyramid Hill makes the trek to 5 Star Stockfeeds Oval in Calivil to take on Calivil United.
The Bulldogs had a rest last week as Bears Lagoon Serpentine is not fielding an A-grade team.
Most recent hit-out for Pyramid Hill was a 31-45 loss to Bridgewater at Mitchell Park on June 19.
Calivil United had the bye last round.
The third-placed Demons scored a 37-29 victory at Pyramid Hill in round three and will be fired up to take the points again.
Inglewood takes on Bridgewater at Dissy Machinery Oval in Inglewood.
The Blues put in a great performance to finish within 11 goals of Maiden Gully YCW last round.
Bridgewater will be keen to hit back from a seven-goal loss at Bridgewater Bakehouse Oval to Mitiamo.
In round three, the Mean Machine powered to a 43-goal win against Inglewood, but the margin is likely to be much closer this time.
Newbridge faces the unbeaten Mitiamo at Simonds Homes Riverside Park in Newbridge.
Strong defence will be a key for the Maroons.
