EIGHT goals by Declan Watson and great play by Jacob Watson were highs in Hay’s win against Moulamein in Saturday’s sixth round of Golden Rivers senior footy.
The ladder-leading Lions dominated play at Moulamein.
Hay slammed on 10 goals in term one as it led by 51 points at quarter-time.
The Lions then won the second, 26-12.
With Declan Watson starring in attack the Lions kicked on to win 164-40.
Others to join in the goalkicking spree by the Lions were Joel Crocker and Jack Headon, four; Hilton Hargreaves, three; captain Jack Cattanach and Jacon Watson with two.
Moulamein’s attack was led by Trae Atkinson with two.
Best for Hay were Jack Cattanach, Dylan Collis, Jacob and Declan Watson, Jack Headon and Fergus Cattanach.
Heath Moloney, Adam Saunders, Ethan Fitzpatrick, Trae Atkinson, Kaleb Richards and Zac Robinson played well for the Swans.
Ultima scored a 43-point win on Wandella’s turf.
The Kangaroos skipped away to a 50-18 lead by half-time.
Wandella Bombers fought back to win the third quarter, 20-18.
In the last Ultima was able to add two goals as Wandella scored two behinds.
Ryan Devereux kicked three goals as Bailey Codling, Corey Grey and Thomas Isma chipped in with two in an 83-40 victory for the Kangaroos.
Wandella’s leading goalkicker was Kaine O’Connell with two.
Best for Ultima were Jack Foster, Thomas Isma, Ryan Featherby, Lachlan Bull, Jack Delmenico and Corey Grey.
Jarred Schlitz, Logan Keighran, Justin Robinson, Darcy Ramage, Adam Ward and Logan Tuohey were Wandella’s best.
Murrabit won every quarter in a 112-74 victory at home against Macorna.
The Blues led 40-18 at quarter-time and then scored four goals in the second as the Tigers added two majors.
Led by the play of Sam Copland, Austin McKerrow and Bailey Pengelly, Murrabit won a closely-fought second half, 46-40.
Murrabit’s attack was led by Adam Thomson and Joseph Zambelli on four and three goals.
The Blues also had Sam Copland, Ben Derbas, Ryan Harvey and Jack Shannahan chip in with two each.
Macorna’s leading goalkickers were Luke Gray and Toby Whinfield on three as Matt Angel and Shaun Haffenden booted two each.
Best for Murrabit included Adam Thomson, Logan McKinnon and Jordan Lampi.
Joshua Berryman, Toby Whinfield, Corey Walters, Will Evans, Tori Ferguson and Luke Gray played well for the Tigers.

Teams take a break on the King’s Birthday holiday weekend.
Round seven will be played on June 14 from 2.25pm.
Ultima plays Moulamein at Ultima Football Netball Club.
Macorna meets Wandella in the clash of the Tigers and Bombers at Macorna Recreation Reserve.
Hay and Murrabit will play in the Lions’ den at Hay Recreation Reserve.
