It was a 16-goal win for Marong when it played at Calivil in round three.
The Bridget Willox-coached Marong will be eyeing a chance to gain an eight-point break on Bears-Lagoon Serpentine in the duel to be fifth in the title race.

As Marong was beaten by 25 goals at Pyramid Hill the Demons were outpointed by the ladder-leading Mitiamo.
