Swan Hill will play Kerang at Swan Hill Recreation Reserve.
In round three the Paul Grayling-coached Kerang marked a 52-15 win against the Swans at Riverside Park.
As Swan Hill chases its second win of the season, Kerang will be eyeing a fourth.
Key match-ups include Swans’ captain Luke Phelan in the centre against Nicholas Oliver.
The Michael Herlihy-coached Swan Hill has Kallen Heslop, Anthony Lewin and Conner Arif in attack where opponents include Thomas Hetherington, Jayden Crellin and Cooper Meehan.
Matthew Pearse will play a crucial role in the ruck for the Swans as he teams up with Tom Holdstock and Cooper Angus.
