AFL Central Victoria (AFLCV) can confirm the following Total Team Points (TTP) and Allowable Player Payment (APP) Caps for the 2026 season across the region.
Following consideration of submitted League Board recommendations and a calibration process across the Region and State, the AFL Central Victoria Region confirm the following 2026 APP Caps:

NCFL TPP allocation guidance notes: Values to be directly determined by final ladder position at the completion of the most recent Finals Series (post-Grand Final):
- Ladder positions 1 & 2 (Premier & R/U): 2-points deducted from 2025, to a minimum of 38-points
- Ladder positions 3 & 4: 1-point deducted from 2025, to a minimum of 38-points
- Ladder positions 5 & 6: 1-point gained from 2025, to a maximum of 46-points
- Ladder positions 7 & 8: 2-points gained from 2025, to a maximum of 46-points
Clubs can apply for reassessment their APP and TTP caps for the 2026 season as per the relevant policies and AFL Central Victoria By-Laws, with evidence-based applications reviewed and considered against the policy criteria, with each individual club’s circumstances considered.
AFL Central Victoria acknowledges and appreciates each league and clubs ongoing commitment towards the CCSP. As per 2025, the region will continue to provide support and education to clubs in 2026, to ensure that clubs are aware of their responsibilities when it comes to both the PPS and APP policies.
