The Bendigo Club extend partnership with AFL Central Victoria for a further three years.
AFL Central Victoria is pleased to announce a three-year extension to our ongoing partnership with The Bendigo Club.
The Bendigo Club has been a highly valued partner of AFL Central Victoria for six years. The three-year extension will see that partnership reach nine years.
Located off Crook Street in Strathdale, The Bendigo Club has played host to several AFL Central Victoria events including a community sport focused, mental health session hosted by former number one draft pick and Western Bulldogs Premiership player, Tom Boyd.
AFL Central Victoria, Regional General Manager, Craig Armstead said “The three-year extension with The Bendigo Club as our hospitality partner is invaluable to AFL Central Victoria. The Bendigo Club is a fantastic venue for all our stakeholders to visit and provides AFL Central Victoria with a great space for our League Events.”
CEO of The Bendigo Club, Ben Murphy said “We are proud to partner with such a great community focused organisation like AFL Central Victoria and being able to host key league events throughout a season provides us with an opportunity to showcase our venue.”
Over the course of the six-year partnership, The Bendigo Club has hosted a number of League events for our Bendigo based leagues including, the BFNL’s Michelson Medal, the HDFNL’s Cheatley Medal, the LVFNL’s Harding Medal and the BJFL’s Annual Dinner.
